Compromised Account Help
If you have not reset your eID password, do so immediately by using the VCU eID Manager. If your account has already been locked due to a compromise, you will need to contact ITSC for assistance. Once your password has been reset, and your email account access has been restored, you will need to check your email account settings in Google to ensure that the spammer has not changed your settings or information.
