Request a Generic Account

Generic accounts can not be longer than 13 characters in length.  It may take up to 2 weeks to fulfill a generic account request.

Once a year, Technology Services will confirm the status for all active Generic accounts to determine:

 

  • If the account(s) should remain active, with no change in the current account owner
  • If the account should remain active, with a new account owner. Current account owners are asked to provided the new account owner name so account ownership can be changed.
  • If the account(s) can be deleted.
